If you have ever found yourself feeling a bit lost in terms of your identity after having a baby or just really want some mental stimulation beyond nursery rhymes then Mother+ is the place for you.

The brainchild of Rupa Tailor Ord who founded the club after having her daughter in 2020, Mother+ is for women who are seeking connection, culture, and creative thinking around modern motherhood.

Through a curated events programme it provides a ready-made network and spaces in which you can hear from some of the most influential people and emerging talent in business, the arts and wellbeing - all with the option to bring your baby.

Through her own maternity leave experience and career as a PR Director, Rupa realised the current offering was predominantly focused on the baby with very few focused on stimulating the mind of the mother.

Having exhausted all local baby classes and coffee mornings, and unable to attend inspiring panel events and talks in the evening due to childcare, she was inspired to create Mother+.

She wanted to bring together those that still wanted to enrich their minds, connect with others socially and professionally, all with the ability to bring their baby with them without judgement if needed.

The daytime programme features expert speakers alongside social events such as wine tastings, author led book clubs and fitness classes.

Realising some women were unable to attend during the day or simply wanted to connect with others in a child-free space she created Mother+ Lates.

These are dedicated evening events for adults only, where you can still hear from inspiring speakers, exchange ideas and find new collaborators either for your personal or professional life, over a drinks in a fun and relaxed environment.
